This evening "Four Weddings and a Funeral" was on commercial television and I just happened to surf across it during the first wedding and watched the rest. I enjoyed the youth and humor and cleverness but was particularly touched by the central premise of the importance of not settling for less than the person you love with all of your heart. It put me even more in touch with how much I am grateful to the core of my being to share my life with Jean and how that central fact imparts so much more meaning to all the other aspects of my life, large and small.
