Imagine yourself using a vaccum cleaner and visualize it pulling all of the negativity and darkness from you and from your aura. When you sense that you have fully cleansed yourself, take the vacuum cleaner bag with all of the negativity and transmute it into primal substance. Continue this transmutation process until you sense you are finished. Fill yourself with pink light.
As you are standing under the shower affirm the following:
"Both literally and symbolically, this water washes and cleanses me and purges from me all negativity, all evil, all perversion, all corruption, all destructivity, all darkeness and all energies which are harmfull or destructive to me, so help me God.
