Exercise for building awareness
and facility with the various bodies.

Center your consciousness and your awareness in your astral body. Look out through the eyes of your astral body. What do you see? What does the light looks like through your astral eyes. Look down at your astral hands. What do they look like. Rub your astral hands together. What does it feel like. Touch your face. Touch your hair. How is the feeling different in your astral body. Say with your astral voice "This is the sound of my astral voice". Say again "This is the sound of my astral voice." Do you recognize the sound of the voice that is speaking. Feel how large your astral body is. Feel what it feels like to be in your astral body. Do you feel pleasant - or angry. How do you feel?

Relax. Raise your consciousness and your awareness and center in your mental body. Look out through the eyes of your mental body. What do you see? Say with your soul voice "This is the sound of my soul voice". Say again "This is the sound of my soul voice." Do you recognize the sound of the voice that is speaking? Feel how large your soul body is. Feel what it feels like to be in your soul body. Do you feel pleasant - or angry? How do you feel?

Relax - lower your consciousness and your awareness into the mental body. Look out throught the eyes of the mental body.

Relax - return to normal waking consciousness. Center in normal waking consciousness.

Coming back fast like this demonstrates the sharp contrast between the senses experienced in the different bodies and allows a person to make the distinctions necessary to be able to recognize when they are receiving information from the individual bodies
